AI-augmented GTM, product & ops, marketing, efficiency.
Zero fluff. Built by operators who've run the P&L — not consultants.
Seasoned operators, embedded.
You don't need another consultant. You need someone who's run GTM, product, marketing and ops as an actual exec — and shipped the systems himself — plugged into your leadership one or two days a week.
Digital Product GTM

- →Pricing & packaging for AI features
- →RevOps, funnel instrumentation & forecasting

- →P&L ownership & accountability for outcomes
- →Vendor & tool stack rationalisation
- →Team structure & capacity planning

Capability that stays after we go.
Buying licences is not adoption. We train your people on your own work, in your own tools, until the habit holds without us in the room.
Team foundations
A shared floor of competence, so AI conversations stop being theoretical and start being about the work in front of you.
- →Half-day intensive, built on your real material
- →Prompting that holds up under a deadline
- →Where AI helps, and where it quietly costs you
- →Data, privacy & client-confidentiality guardrails
- →A written house standard your team actually follows
Role-based deep dives
Function-specific sessions where the exercises are your own live tasks, not generic examples.
- →Sales & CS: research, follow-up, call prep
- →Marketing: briefs, drafts, repurposing without sameness
- →Product & eng: specs, review, test scaffolding
- →Ops & finance: reconciliation, reporting, back-office
- →Leadership: board packs, analysis, decision memos
Champions & governance
The part most programmes skip: naming who owns this internally and giving them what they need to keep it moving.
- →Identify and coach internal champions
- →An AI-use policy your legal team will sign
- →Tool selection, access & spend control
- →Onboarding material for new starters
- →A 90-day review, so adoption is measured not assumed
Build Egen, your own assistant.
A three-hour Gold Coast workshop for owner-operators, not departments. You build your own AI assistant and walk out with it running on your laptop.
See the workshop→How we work.
30-min discovery
What you're trying to do, what's in the way, and whether we're the right team. No-pitch, just honest.
Tight proposal
Within 5 business days: a one-page scope with deliverables, timeline, investment, success criteria.
Kickoff in days
No six-week procurement cycle. Signed Monday, first session Wednesday, momentum by Friday.
Outcomes you own
Every engagement ends with your team sharper and a system or strategy you can run without us.
From executives to operators.
You get the whole stack on one team: someone who has sat in the exec seat and carried the P&L, working with people who have put AI into real businesses with their own hands. No account manager, no juniors learning on your budget.
Geoff Keir
15+ years across CGO, CPO, GM and CTO roles, running go-to-market for digital products, plus product and ops, marketing, and P&Ls, and personally shipping the systems along the way. Now helping digital product teams put AI to work across all four.
Kim Adehill
A career spent behind the camera and inside the systems that support it, spanning videography, photography and technical production. Kim has built and run the capture, post-production and delivery pipelines that creative teams depend on, and now applies that same eye to how AI gets implemented: what the work actually looks like on the ground, where the handoffs break, and which tools survive a real deadline. Brand, content and creative operations are where AI is easiest to demo and hardest to land, and that is the gap Kim closes.
Engagements are embedded and time-boxed, so you always know what you are buying and when you can stop.
Straight answers.
01What does Scalebound actually do?+
Three things. We embed with leadership teams to run AI-augmented go-to-market, product and ops, marketing and efficiency. We train in-house teams so the capability stays after we leave. And we run a three-hour Small Business Workshop where owner-operators build their own AI assistant.
02How is this different from a normal agency?+
The people who scope the work do the work. Geoff has held the exec seats and carried the P&L, and he works alongside operators who have embedded AI directly into real businesses — so you get judgement and hands-on delivery rather than a framework. Engagements end with something your team can run without us, not a deck.
03What is the difference between Training & Enablement and the Small Business Workshop?+
Audience and shape. Training & Enablement is run privately for a company’s team, half or full day, built on that team’s own work. The Small Business Workshop is an open session of up to eight owner-operators from different businesses, three hours, where each person builds Egen — their own AI assistant — and takes it home running.
04How are engagements structured?+
Embedded one to three days a week, with a 90-day minimum and month-to-month after that. A 30-minute discovery call first, a one-page scope within five business days, then kickoff in days rather than weeks.
05Do you only work with software companies?+
No. The go-to-market work spans digital products of most kinds — SaaS, marketplaces, apps, subscription and e-commerce — because the underlying motion is the same: an ICP, a channel mix, pricing, and a funnel you can measure. Training and the workshop are broader still, and work for any business with people who need to use AI well.
06We’re not sure we’re ready for AI. Is that a problem?+
No, and saying so is useful. Part of the job is telling you where AI will not help. If the honest answer after a discovery call is that you have a process problem rather than an AI problem, we will say that.
07Are you Brisbane-only?+
We are based in Brisbane and work globally. Fractional engagements and training run remotely or on site; the workshop runs in person on the Gold Coast, or remotely for groups elsewhere.
Let's find the right fit.
Tell us what you're working on. We'll reply within one business day with either a discovery-call link — or a short note saying we're not the right team. Whichever is honest.
We'll reply within one business day. Keep an eye out for an email from enquiry@scalebound.ai.
